Δεξιότητες | We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Video Editor / Motion Designer to join our Visual Broadcasting team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing and designing visually stunning videos and motion graphics that align with our brands' objectives and our company's vision of becoming the Leading Digital Sports Media Group. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, collaborating with our creative team to bring ideas to life. What you’ll do As our new Video Editor / Motion Designer, you will be working with a team of like-minded individuals on various projects for a wide array of brands, sports events, partnerships with external clients, and internal content in Better Collective on a daily basis. Using your creative vision and design skills, you will conceptualize and develop visually striking motion graphics, animations, and videos. This involves creating storyboards and visual representations to effectively communicate ideas and design concepts. You will be delivering creative assets for broadcast, social media, and more. Extensive technical know-how in terms of delivery formats, program usage, etc. is expected. The visual team's mission is to revolutionize the way we help stories find their fans through the creation of world-class video, imagery, and experimental content. About the team and your role As a Video Editor / Motion Designer at Better Collective, you will be working alongside a team of 10 skilled individuals, including video editors and motion graphics designers. You will be located in Thessaloniki and will report to the Head of Visual Broadcasting, but you will collaborate with people all over Europe. You will not only be responsible for editing video footage but also creating motion graphics for the team, enhancing the visual experience in any way you can. We will, of course, provide you with all the necessary guidance and training to get you up to speed with how we work and what we deliver. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives. Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, cohesive videos with excellent storytelling and pacing. Design and create eye-catching motion graphics, including titles, lower thirds, transitions, and visual effects. Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and visual styles for video projects. Organize and maintain project files and assets to ensure efficient workflow and easy access for future reference. Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and software tools related to video editing and motion design. Contribute innovative ideas and concepts to enhance the visual quality and impact of our videos. Utilize industry-standard software and tools to execute projects. Incorporate feedback and revisions to ensure the final product meets expectations. Job requirements Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography. Strong knowledge of motion design principles, animation techniques, and video editing. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required. Strong communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines. A passion for creativity and a keen eye for design trends. Proficient in English |
